The Client Services Director is responsible for ensuring the success of client partnerships at Transcom. Acting as the primary contact for assigned clients, the role involves maintaining positive relationships, understanding client needs, and exceeding expectations. Key responsibilities include client communication, account management, data analysis, and collaborating with internal teams to align with client goals. The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, experience in BPO or contact centers, and previous client-facing leadership roles. The role requires a collaborative approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts and vendor managers.
• Manage day-to-day client communications, updates, and queries.
• Anticipate client needs through detailed reports and data analysis.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and value.
• Coordinate resources to support client deliverables and ensure satisfaction.
• Forecast, track, and report on key account metrics.
• Address client concerns and resolve issues effectively.
• Manage client expectations and strive to meet or exceed contractual obligations.
• Lead various audits and initiatives as requested by clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations and Support Leaders, to ensure client success.
• Partner with the Account Client Partnership Leader to grow and retain client relationships.

Qualifications:

• University degree or equivalent experience.

• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
