Job summary

ICON plc, in collaboration with Mapi Research Trust, seeks a Client Services Associate II for a hybrid role in Mexico. You will analyze and standardize material, manage translations, and coordinate with copyright holders.

You will liaise between developers, copyright holders, operations, and customer service; support account management activities; develop filing and tracking tools; and maintain knowledge/data storage systems.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in business analysis, operational support or equivalent.
• Linguistic Validation background and pharma/CRO exposure is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization and continuous improvement skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English and MS Office are required.
• Knowledge of regulatory environments and COA terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and standardize materials (originals, translations) per processes.
• Interface with COA copyright holders and route requests with teams.
• Coordinate discussions with copyright holders, developers, operations, and CS.
• Support client services and BD in multi-service bid defenses.
• Clarify contract specs with Account Manager and manage electronic signatures.
• Develop and maintain filing and tracking tools aligned with accepted practice.
• Manage knowledge: translation files and data storage; collect data from sources.

• 3-5 years of experience, business analysis, operational support, or equivalent positions.u202fu202f
