Job summary

A major financial institution in Puerto Princesa seeks a candidate responsible for processing various banking transactions and providing customer service. • Performs start and end of day banking activities.
• Ensures compliance to the Bank’s policies, procedures and requirements.
• Provides appropriate customer service to clients, including promoting the bank’s products.

Job Mandate

Responsible for providing accurate, efficient and timely processing of over the counter transactions pertaining to deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign exchange, remittances and other miscellaneous transactions.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities.
• Ensures compliance to the Bank’s policies, procedures and requirements.
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting/offering bank’s products and services.
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course
