Your Role:

  • Managing response tracking and follow-up for event invitations.

  • Compiling client data for onboarding and initial CRM entry.

  • Sending agreements and obtaining signatures via DocuSign.

  • Preparing and managing client documents and meeting folders.

  • Updating clients on the status of applications (insurance, investments, etc.).

  • Providing administrative support for financial planning activities.

  • Handling investment paperwork and facilitating processing.

  • Entering financial data into various software with speed and accuracy.

  • Review data for errors, discrepancies, or missing information and correct as necessary.

  • Updating and maintaining client contact information in CRM and financial planning tools.

  • Logging and managing compliance-related documentation.

  • Coordinating the rollover and consolidation of old investment accounts
