Responsibilities

• Reconciling and allocating payments received.
• Providing finance options for clients.
• Payment follow ups and managing debtors.
• Renewing and growing Premium Funding sales across all Aon Australia segments
• Providing high level customer service and administration support to stakeholders.
• Responding to queries from brokers and funders, pertaining to client issues, defaults and cancellations.
• Ensuring all contracts and incoming funds are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Accounts Receivable support and reducing days outstanding for debtors.
