Our client is on a mission to empower fitness business owners with beautifully designed, easy-to-use software. Their Grow product—an advanced CRM built specifically for gyms and studios—is undergoing a transformational upgrade. As part of this rollout, they're migrating existing clients onto the newly rebuilt Grow CRM experience, and they’re looking for sharp, detail-oriented contractors to help them make it happen smoothly.

About the Role

Our client is looking for a Client Migration Specialist to join the Grow team on a 3-month contract to execute client account migrations within their CRM platform. This role involves following a clearly documented set of migration procedures using Go High Level, ensuring each client's system is clean, structured, and ready for success on the new Grow platform.

You’ll be working within a team, but this is a hands-on, task-oriented role that requires you to take ownership of your queue and deliver consistently high-quality setup work.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform full CRM migration for each assigned client based on standardized steps.
  • Configure account settings, organize forms, workflows, and assets in Go High Level.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in every migrated system.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively if migration blockers arise.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to escalate edge cases or client-specific questions.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Go High Level is preferred — you must be confident in navigating and configuring accounts within similar environments.
  • Must speak, read, and write English at a fluent level.
  • Excellent written communication skills — we expect clear, concise updates and documentation.
  • Comfortable following detailed checklists and repeating defined workflows with precision.
  • Tech-savvy and organized — you’ll be handling data and working across tools.
  • Self-motivated and focused — this is a remote role with independent execution expected.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, during U.S. Pacific Time business hours.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience with CRM implementation or client onboarding.
  • Exposure to the fitness or wellness industry.
  • Familiarity with SOPs and QA processes in fast-moving product teams.
