Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• 5+ years' experience in technical consulting, systems implementation, or software development.
• Proven ability to lead client-facing technical engagements and translate business needs into effective solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of implementing complex software solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Extensive knowledge of relational databases – SQL Server or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with clients to understand goals and requirements.
• Design and implement secure, scalable solutions for client environments.
• Provide expert guidance on architecture, integrations, data flows, and deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, support, and sales to deliver outcomes.
• Manage delivery across the project lifecycle from planning to handover.
• Facilitate workshops, training, and knowledge transfer with client teams.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolutions with a customer-first approach.
• Stay up to date with technologies and industry trends to inform design.
• Support pre-sales through demos, RFP responses, and proposals.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices.
• Recommend business process improvements to maximize value.
