Job summary

Waystone, a global asset-management specialist, seeks a Senior Associate - Fund Accounting to join our Fund Accounting team in the Philippines. The role covers NAV calculations, fund processing, and timely client reporting.

You will manage client portfolios from start to finish, ensure IFRS/GAAP compliance, assist in audits, and collaborate with internal stakeholders, investment managers, brokers, and custodians.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in financial services.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with general accounting systems is an advantage.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage client portfolios from start to finish and ensure timely, accurate NAV calculations.
• Understand fund accounting obligations per fund documents and policy.
• Process capital activities, trades, cash, income and expense transactions daily.
• Complete daily portfolio and cash reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in audits and prepare supporting financial statements and schedules.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, investment managers, brokers and custodians.
