PUNX is a digital creative agency leveraging AI to elevate entertainment. We seek an Accounts Executive to manage client projects, oversee content requirements, and bridge communication between clients and our creative team.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of turning client goals into impactful campaigns, with strong collaboration across internal teams and vendors. You'll lead campaigns from planning to delivery and ensure timely, on-brand outputs.

• Proven experience in account management, content production, or related creative/marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of branding, content strategy, and campaign management.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• A proactive problem-solver who ensures high-quality, on-brand outputs every time.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning to delivery, ensuring high-quality, on-brand campaigns.
• Act as the main liaison between clients and the creative team - gathering feedback, managing revisions, and ensuring client expectations are met.
• Oversee the content creation process, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with client objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and vendors to deliver campaigns on time and within scope.
• Review and approve content/assets before release, maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Provide clear guidance to creatives and ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders.
• Track project progress, prepare performance updates, and propose improvements for future campaigns.
• Adapt to shifting project schedules, which may change based on project urgency every 3-4 weeks
