Job description

Responsibilities

• Naglilinis ng mga sahig sa bawat department at hallway
• At Kung ano pa ang assigned/task na sinabi ng superior sa kanya.
• Brushing with brooms all the dust on the floor, stairways and vacuuming the areas with carpet as well as moping the tiles with mop
• Buffing and cleaning all of the metal hardware fixtures those are being used and added the bright work
• Cleaning and emptying all containers used for waste
• Cleaning and emptying all of the ash trays and keep all the sand urns supply and restore the sand when required
• Cleaning the glass of the entry door from inside and outside
• Cleaning and damp mop the exterior of entry area
• Cleaning, sterilize and washing all of the water coolers
• Clean, damp or wash the spillage seen on community areas of the office rooms as necessary as it can be done
• Clean and polish the tile floor appropriately as necessary as it need to be done
• Clean all the dust from the charts, certificate, permits graphs, image frames and also wall hangings such as a painting
• Clean all the dust from the outside surfaces of the light fixtures as well as glass and the plastic enclosures of the fixtures
• Clean all of the dust by hand from the office furnishings, fixtures, files, sills of windows, paneling and a lot other flat surfaces
• Damp dirt on all ceilings, air conditioning diffusers, register and other ventilating lovers and the partition grilles
• Following all the security and workers regulations and rules
• Keeping sink rooms free from dirt, tidy and well arranged

Qualifications

• At least high school graduate
• knowledge of cleaning the areas
• trustworthy and flexible
• With Certificate of employment
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• Punctuality and reliability are very important
• Physical fitness is required as this job will require some manual lifting
• Must be within 45 minutes travel time going to plant/main office.
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule including Sundays and holidays
