• A housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas, such as hotels, private homes, hospitals, or offices. The role involves cleaning, sanitizing, and ensuring a comfortable environment for guests, residents, or employees.
• Clean and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock toiletries.
• Dispose of trash and waste properly.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
• Handle cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow health and safety regulations, including proper handling of chemicals.
• Assist with laundry duties, such as washing, drying, ironing, and folding.
