• Manage insurance claims end-to-end – from lodgement to resolution
• Advocate for clients by challenging underpaid claims
• Coordinate inspections, documentation & evidence
• Keep cases moving while ensuring compliance & accuracy
• Collaborate with a supportive team & deliver strong results

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in claims management, insurance, or similar fields
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Comfortable working remotely with tech tools
• Bonus: Experience in property insurance (Australia) + familiarity with RingCentral, Zendesk, BuilderTrend, WeatherWatch, HailTrace
