Job summary

InLife Benefits PH in Makati is seeking an experienced Claims Manager to supervise the assessment, validation, and settlement of insurance claims. You will lead and mentor claims specialists to uphold productivity and service standards while handling escalated client inquiries with empathy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 5 years of managerial experience in insurance claims (HMO or Life).
• Strong knowledge of HMO or life insurance products and claims regulations.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in claims management systems and MS Office.
