Receiving and Processing Claims
· Receive and process incoming claims documents, attach relevant information, and ensure proper filing.
· Assessing the merit of each claim to determine its validity
Claim Documentation
· Prepare transmittal forms, claim approval and denial letters, and other necessary documentation.
Claim Payment
· Prepare and submit claim documents for payment, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Communication
· Handle customer inquiries, provide explanations regarding policy coverage
· Communicate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of claims
Record-Keeping
· Maintain accurate records of claims, ensuring proper documentation and tracking of claim status.
Others
· Handle other assignments to be given by the Head of Office
