Job summary

Meralco Industrial Engineering Services Corporation seeks a Civil Supervisor to plan, organize and lead field activities under the Construction Manager. You will conduct feasibility studies, advise on best-value designs, and ensure operability, reliability and safety on projects.

Based in Bacolod/Negros area, you will coordinate logistics, allocate resources, and monitor deliveries while being willing to work at project sites across Bacolod, Amlan, and Malita locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, licensed Civil Engineer.
• At least three years of working experience in the field.
• Willing to be assigned to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide/Recommend best value design which meets Projects requirements for operability, reliability, maintainability and safety
• Attends project proposal coordination meeting if necessary.
