Job summary

Greenmark Construction is seeking a Resident Engineer (Civil & Structural) to oversee site supervision duties, ensuring civil, structural, and M&E works comply with drawings, specifications, and regulations.

The role includes verifying construction per approved plans, supervising concreting, pavement, drainage, and conducting inspections on concrete compaction and curing to preserve structural integrity and safety on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience as a Resident Engineer (civil and structural) engineer.
• Accreditation from the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore.
• Valid Resident Engineer (Civil & Structural) qualification.

Responsibilities

• Perform all site supervision duties as mandated by the Building Control Act to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Verify that civil, structural, and M&E works are constructed according to approved drawings, specifications, and statutory requirements.
• Supervise concreting, pavement, and drainage construction activities to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Conduct inspections on concrete compaction and curing processes to ensure structural integrity.
• Inspect formwork striking, re-propping, and prop removal to confirm adherence to construction protocols.
• Assess the quality and proper erection of precast components to meet project specifications.
