Job summary

Haskoning in the Philippines seeks a Civil, Structural & Architectural Supervisor to join the site team in Tarlac City for a major beverage plant project lasting ~12–14 months with possible extension. Housing allowance may be provided as part of the package.

The role reports to the civil, structural, and architectural head and Construction Manager. The candidate will supervise daily CSA works, perform inspections, ensure drawings compliance, coordinate with QAQC and Safety, and report progress

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; master’s degree is advantageous.
• Licensed professional engineer preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of site supervision experience.
• Strong CSA technical background and industrial project exposure.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate with teams.
• Proficient English communication; Philippines resident/work permit required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises civil, structural and architectural works on site daily.
• Conducts inspections and enforces compliance with drawings and method statements.
• Coordinates with QAQC and Safety teams and reports progress.
• Manages subcontractors and interfaces with civil/structural heads and Construction Manager.
• Ensures timely delivery within project scope and quality requirements.

We are looking for an experienced civil, structural & architectural supervisor who will become part of our site-based team in the Philippines. Our site office is located in Tarlac City and will oversee the construction of a major industrial plant of a global beverage brand. The expected project duration is around 12‑14 months with a chance for extension (depending on the project). Housing allowance may also be provided.

What you do as a Civil, Structural & Architectural Supervisor

The civil, structural & architectural supervisor will be reporting to the civil, structural, and architectural head and Construction Manager. Major tasks and responsibilities are the following:

• Supervises daily CSA works in assigned zones
• Conducts inspections and quality checks
• Ensures compliance with drawings and method statements
• Coordinates with QAQC and Safety
• Reports progress and issues

What you bring

As a civil, structural & architectural supervisor, you will work closely with the civil, structural & architectural head in building the industrial plant. For this position, you need to have the following competencies/skills:

• Bachelor’s degree graduate of any engineering course (master’s degree is a nice to have)
• Licensed engineer is preferred
• Minimum of 8 years site supervision experience
• Strong CSA technical background
• Experience in industrial projects
• Ability to manage subcontractors
• English communication skills
• Already living in the Philippines with resident/work permit
