Responsibilities
- Coordinate with project engineers and contractors regarding material requirements.
- Monitor the delivery of construction materials to project sites.
- Manage and organize documentation related to material deliveries.
- Provide technical support related to construction materials (aggregates, cement, steel, ready-mix concrete, and other building supplies).
- Conduct site visits to monitor project requirements and coordinate material deliveries.
- Identify and report site-related concerns affecting material requirements or delivery schedules.
- Assist in aligning project timelines with material availability.
- Monitor and verify the delivery of construction materials to project sites.
- Coordinate with drivers, dispatch, warehouse personnel, and suppliers regarding delivery schedules.
- Ensure materials are delivered in correct quantities and on time.
- Assist in resolving delivery delays, shortages, or discrepancies.
- Maintain coordination between warehouse operations and project site requirements.
- Manage and organize delivery documents (DRs, trip tickets, acknowledgment forms).
- Maintain updated records of project deliveries, dispatch logs, and coordination reports.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Huayu KJ Supply & Leasing Corp. is seeking a reliable and experiencedCivil Engineer to join our growing team. The role focuses on overseeing and coordinating the proper delivery, documentation, and monitoring of construction materials supplied to project sites, while ensuring that materials meet required technical specifications and project requirements.
The position requires close coordination with project engineers, contractors, drivers, warehouse personnel, suppliers, and site representatives to ensure construction materials are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
Work assignments depend on current project deployment. When assigned to an active project, the Civil Engineer will be deployed on-site. When there is no active project assignment, the Civil Engineer will report to the Head Office in BGC, Taguig to assist with documentation, technical coordination, and logistics monitoring.
Current project locations include areas such as Batangas, Laguna, Tarlac, Gapan (Nueva Ecija), and Bulacan, depending on operational requirements.
- Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and site supervisors regarding construction material requirements and specifications
- Review project plans and technical requirements to ensure correct materials are delivered to project sites
- Ensure that delivered construction materials comply with required engineering standards and project specifications
- Provide technical support related to construction materials such as aggregates, cement, steel, ready-mix concrete, and other building supplies
- Conduct site visits when necessary to monitor project requirements and coordinate material deliveries
- Identify and report site-related concerns affecting material requirements or delivery schedules
- Assist in ensuring proper coordination between project timelines and material availability
- Monitor and verify the delivery of construction materials to project sites
- Coordinate with drivers, dispatch team, warehouse personnel, and suppliers regarding delivery schedules
- Ensure materials are delivered in correct quantities and according to agreed timelines

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation related to material deliveries
- Maintain updated records of project deliveries, dispatch logs, and coordination reports
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements
- Assist in preparing reports related to project coordination and delivery monitoring
- Verify that delivered materials meet required specifications and quality standards
- Coordinate with project teams regarding material usage requirements
- Ensure proper handling and documentation of delivered materials
- Support quality monitoring processes related to construction supply deliveries
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction, site coordination, project engineering, or construction supply operations
- Strong understanding of construction processes, site coordination, and material specifications
- Experience working with construction materials and project site requirements
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Good communication skills for coordination with project teams, suppliers, drivers, and warehouse personnel
- Must be willing to work both on-site at project locations and at the Head Office in BGC when no project deployment is assigned
- Must be willing to travel and be assigned to project sites in Batangas, Laguna, Tarlac, Gapan, Bulacan, or other locations as required by the company
- Ability to manage multiple coordination tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with delivery documentation and logistics processes is an advantage
- A valid driver’s license is required to operate a company vehicle for site visits across multiple project locations
- Applicants with Electrical Engineering background may also be considered if with relevant construction or project coordination experience
