Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and analyze topographical, geological, and soil data.
• Evaluate environmental impacts, hazards, and financial feasibility before starting construction.
• Review local land-use laws, zoning regulations, and building codes.
• Create structural designs, blueprints, and layouts using CAD and 3D modeling software.
• Perform structural, hydraulic, and geotechnical load calculations to ensure safety.
• Establish technical specifications for materials, construction methods, and quality standards.
• Estimate material, labor, and equipment costs to establish project budgets.
• Develop work schedules, resource allocation plans, and timelines.
• Prepare tender documents, review bids, and manage contracts with suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Monitor daily construction progress to verify alignment with blueprints.
• Enforce strict occupational safety standards and site health guidelines.
• Inspect building materials and structural integrity during key milestones.
• Solve on-site real-time problems (e.g., ground instability, design discrepancies).

1. Feasibility & Site Assessment

2. Design & Technical Planning

• Creating structural designs, blueprints, and layouts using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and 3D modeling software.

• Performing structural, hydraulic, and geotechnical load calculations to ensure structural safety.

• Establishing technical specifications for materials, construction methods, and quality standards.

3. Project & Budget Management

• Estimating material, labor, and equipment costs to establish project budgets.

• Developing work schedules, resource allocation plans, and timelines.

• Preparing tender documents, reviewing bids, and managing contracts with suppliers and sub-contractors.

4. On-Site Supervision & Quality Control
