Job summary

Qualifications

• Project Management: Lead civil engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Design and Compliance: Oversee structural designs, feasibility studies, and risk assessments while ensuring adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Construction Oversight: Supervise construction activities, coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, and inspect materials and methods to maintain quality and compliance.
• Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and foster effective communication among project stakeholders.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed project reports, maintain records, and promptly address any engineering discrepancies or challenges.
• Education and Licensure: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred) and a Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of civil engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
