Job summary

Artelia Philippines Inc. is seeking a Civil Designer to join our team. The role focuses on civil design for roads, drainage, site development and public infrastructure using Civil 3D and related tools.

You will prepare plans, perform grading and earthwork analysis, and support project studies and site reports across residential, commercial, or industrial developments. Collaboration across disciplines and adherence to standards is required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in engineering works and Civil 3D.
• Experience in design and layout of roads, highways, and intersections.
• Experience in stormwater management and drainage design.
• Site grading and earthworks for residential, commercial, or industrial developments.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Autodesk Civil 3D, Autodesk Vehicle Tracking, and/or 12d.
• Knowledge of DPWH and AASHTO standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare civil design plans for roads, drainage systems, site development, and public infrastructure.
• Develop stormwater, site grading, pavement, water main, sewer, and related civil designs.
• Prepare lot plans, location maps, and vicinity maps based on TCTs and project requirements.
• Analyze topographic and geotechnical reports for site grading and cut-and-fill analysis.
• Analyze rainfall intensity data for stormwater and drainage design.
• Prepare cost estimates, project timelines, and feasibility assessments.
• Conduct swept path analysis and evaluate vehicle maneuvering.
• Develop pavement designs and road signage layouts.
• Provide design recommendations and support project studies and site reports.
• Participate in site visits and other project-related activities as needed.
