The role includes creating detailed construction drawings, resolving data discrepancies, and ensuring all plans are up-to-date. Immediate availability is preferred.

Has experience in construction projects, particularly in infrastructure & power plants
Must be knowledgeable in the latest AutoCAD software, Revit, SketchUp 2D, and Civil 3D.
Proficient in drafting works and technical detailing
Preferably with Survey drafting experience
Ability to understand construction plans
Can start ASAP.
Responsibilities
Creation of drawings of construction plans using base maps and other available data.
Preparation of detailed drawings for the construction and alteration of buildings, utilities, structures and other improvements.
Resolution of discrepancies and missing data and ensure no conflicts with construction plans
Updating of previously recorded engineering drawings, maps, profiles and plans with new as-built data utilizing computer-aided drafting techniques; converts paper plans to current as-built plans.
Ensuring latest revision of drawing is being used. Ensuring proper drawing numbering is being followed.
Archives and organizes old drawings; maintains and updates records for future reference.
