Role Summary

This high-skill, high-trust drafting and civil design role involves producing site development plans for U.S. commercial, residential, and industrial projects. Fluency in Civil 3D and the ability to work independently are required.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate site development plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D

Design Tasks include:

• Grading plans
• Road layouts
• Stormwater systems
• Sanitary sewer and water networks
• Pressure distribution systems
• Managing styles, alignments, surfaces, profiles, corridors, and sheet sets
• Collaborating with owners for progress reviews and corrections
• Maintaining drawing standards and technical accuracy
