Job summary

Guerilla Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled civil design engineer to create detailed 3D models using 12d Model for subdivision and infrastructure projects in the Philippines. You will develop land development plans, design earthworks, roads, and three waters systems, and produce construction drawings and documentation.

Applicants should have 3–5+ years in civil design, strong modelling capabilities, and a solid grasp of NZ design standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering or design.
• Hands-on knowledge of 12d Model for civil design and modelling.
• Experience working on land development and civil infrastructure projects.
• Background in subdivision, earthworks, roading, and three waters design.
• Understanding of New Zealand design standards and engineering practices.
• Skilled in preparing civil drawings, calculations, and technical documentation.
• Able to review designs, identify issues, and provide practical solutions.
• Strong analytical and technical skills with good attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Job description

Create detailed 3D civil models in 12d for subdivision and infrastructure projects, covering earthworks, roads, and three waters. Produce clear construction drawings and project documentation while ensuring designs follow New Zealand standards and industry requirements.

Salary Range and Work Set-up

Salary Range: PHP 40,000 – PHP 60,000
Work Set-up: Onsite | Monday to Friday (6AM - 3PM)
