Job summary

A childcare staffing agency in Pasig is looking for individuals to assist in facilitating learning among children. Candidates should be Senior High School graduates with teaching or tutoring experience. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, and involves direct reporting to the Lead Childcare Teacher for implementing activity plans.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reports directly to the Lead Childcare Teacher.
• Assists in planning and implementing activity plans.
• Facilitates learning among children.
• Maintain required logs, daily/monthly attendance reports and endorsements.
• Attend regular check‑in meetings and trainings.
• Support childcare personnel in facilitating learning among children.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Reports directly to the Lead Childcare Teacher (LCT), then to the OH
• Complies with standards, procedures, rules and regulations indicated in the Employee Handbook as well as that of the Partner Company
• Assists LCT in planning of Activity Plans and preparing of activities/events guided by the principles of developmentally appropriate practice
• Implements, with LCT, approved Activity Plans and facilitates learning among children
• Complies with the required standard processes such as liquidation reports, daily logs, monthly attendance report and endorsements, etc
• Attends regular check‑in meetings and trainings as required by relevant department
• Helps the child‑care personnel and childcare assistant in facilitating learning among children

Qualifications

• Accepting SHS Graduate (New Curriculum) given that the candidate has experience in teaching/tutoring kids
• Has at least 1 year of work experience related to childcare
• Willing to work on a required shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on business needs
• Willing to work on‑site in Ortigas Center, Pasig, 1605 Metro Manila
