Job summary

A7 Recruitment Company is seeking a Head of Compliance Trust to oversee regulatory coordination with the BSP and other regulators, and to own the risk-based Trust Compliance Program. The role includes supervising breach remediation, regulatory identification, and independent testing, with responsibility for investment compliance and governance reporting.

The position requires at least 5 years in compliance or regulatory affairs, strong BSP knowledge, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of compliance, audit, or regulatory affairs experience.
• Strong knowledge of BSP circulars on trust and fiduciary business and AML/CTF requirements.
• Experience managing BSP examinations, AREFs, or Letters of Commitment.
• Actively monitors BSP issuances and regulatory developments affecting trust operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with BSP regulators and prepare examination responses.
• Design and maintain the Trust Compliance Program and keep it updated for regulatory changes.
• Escalate material breaches and drive corrective action plans with deadlines.
• Lead and monitor AML/CFT program implementation and testing.
• Provide Board reporting on exposures, findings, and resource needs.
