Position Title: Chief Technology Officer

Compensation: ₱180,000 – ₱200,000 per month

Job Description

We’re looking for a highly skilled and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to take full ownership of our tech stack and lead innovation at the intersection of data analytics, automation, and operational intelligence. You will work closely with NDS Data and our internal teams to design and refine scalable systems, develop proprietary algorithms, and streamline how we manage and analyze traffic data. Your work will play a key role in shaping our long-term technology strategy and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing tech team

• Refine and optimize proprietary algorithms for traffic data analysis

• Further develop and maintain a centralized traffic data database

• Customize Airtable using scripts, automations, and third-party integrations (e.g., Zapier, Make, APIs)

• Advise on the company’s tech stack, infrastructure, and scalability

• Ensure systems are secure, efficient, and future-ready

• Work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to align technical solutions with business goals

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in a CTO, Tech Lead, or Senior Developer role

• Experience in hiring, managing, and letting go of team members

• Strong background in data engineering, automation, and API development

• Deep expertise in Airtable customization, including scripting and advanced workflows is a plus

• Proficient in tools such as Python, Node.js, Zapier, Make, or equivalent

• Experience building custom dashboards, algorithms, and scoring models is a strong advantage

• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance technical leadership and hands-on development
