Tasq Work is seeking a Chief Radiologic Technologist to lead the radiology team at Vista Hub, Taguig. This onsite role requires strong leadership to supervise Ultrasound, 2D echo, and X-ray technologists and ensure top-tier imaging services.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in radiologic technology, a valid radiologic technologist license, and 2–3 years of leadership experience in a radiology department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in radiologic technology required.
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist with valid credentials.
• 2–3 years’ experience as Chief Radiologic Technologist or equivalent leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the radiologic technologist team, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and patient care.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and optimize department workflow to minimize wait times and enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate imaging services and effective patient diagnosis.
