Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a Chief Radiologic Technologist to lead the radiology department onsite at Vista Hub, Taguig. The role requires a licensed Radiologic Technologist with 2–3 years of chief-level experience to supervise Ultrasound, 2D echo and X-ray teams and to drive patient-focused imaging services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and licensed radiologic technologist
• 2–3 years' experience as Chief Radiologic Technologist
• Supervise Ultrasound, 2D echo and X-ray Tech
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to lead and motivate a team
• Onsite role with regulatory and safety standards compliance

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the radiologic technologist team, ensuring regulatory and safety standards compliance.
• Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and patient care.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and optimize department workflow to minimize wait times and enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate imaging services and effective patient diagnosis.
