Job summary

TASQ is seeking a Chief Radiologic Technologist to lead and supervise the radiology team at our San Pablo, Laguna facility. The role requires supervising Ultrasound, 2D echo, and X-ray technologists to ensure safe, accurate imaging and efficient patient flow.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree, be licensed radiologic technologists, and have 2–3 years of experience as a chief radiologic technologist, with strong communication and leadership skills to motivate the team and maintain

• 2–3 years’ experience as Chief Radiologic Technologist.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the radiologic technologist team, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and patient care.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and optimize department workflow to minimize wait times and enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate imaging services and effective patient diagnosis.
