Lead and guide the radiology team in delivering accurate, timely, and patient-centered diagnostic services
Oversee daily imaging operations to ensure smooth workflow and optimal patient experience
Ensure strict compliance with radiation safety standards and regulatory requirements (serve as Safety Officer)
Mentor and develop technologists — building a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence
Identify workflow gaps and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality
Handle operational challenges proactively and make sound decisions in fast-paced situations
Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with doctors, clinic leaders, and cross-functional teams for seamless patient care
Ensure proper utilization, maintenance, and readiness of imaging equipment
BS in Radiologic Technology with valid PRC License
At least 2–5 years of experience in a radiology/imaging setting
Strong clinical judgment and attention to diagnostic quality and patient safety
Confidence in decision-making and handling day-to-day operational issues
Experience mentoring or guiding colleagues (formal or informal)
Ability to balance patient care, team leadership, and operational priorities
A mindset focused on improve, standardize, and elevate
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Computer proficiency and ability to manage documentation and reports
