Job summary

travel with the grooves, inc. (rimowa ph) seeks a Human Resources Director to own the people agenda and build a standalone function that sets the standard and resolves matters at senior leadership level.

The role oversees talent acquisition, performance management, governance, leadership development, and rewards, shaping culture and systems to enable sustainable growth for the business.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Build the Company's recruitment capability so Harlan consistently attracts, selects, and develops high-quality talent across all levels of the organization.
• Employee Relations, Governance, and Labor Management: Establish the governance, standards, and decision-making framework for employee relations so people matters are managed consistently, fairly, and without routine escalation to senior leadership.
• Performance Management and Organizational Accountability: Design and institutionalize the Company's performance management system so accountability becomes part of how the organization operates.
• Leadership Development, Culture, and Brand Standards: Build the leadership capability and people systems that sustain Harlan's culture, service standards, and long-term organizational growth.
• Total Rewards and Organization Design: Design the Company's compensation philosophy and organization structure to attract, retain, and develop high-performing talent.
• HR Operations, Workforce Planning, and Organizational Capability: Design and lead an HR function capable of supporting the Company's long-term growth through scalable systems, governance, workforce planning, and operational excellence.
