We're not looking for an "operations manager."

We're looking for a world-class Integrator — the one who will turn vision into execution and scale Whiten into a ₱100M/month beauty empire.

Whiten started as one clinic. Today, we've grown into 19 branches nationwide (franchise + co-ownership + company-owned). We're building the systems, teams, and offers to make Whiten a billion-peso powerhouse—and we need YOU to make it happen.

Your Mission

• Take Ladyboss Nicole's vision and translate it into weekly numbers.
• Build and lead a high-performance sales org (SDRs, closers, managers).
• Standardize franchise onboarding into a 60-day, white-glove experience.
• Drive clinic revenues from ₱00k to 0k/month with systems, offers, and training.
• Launch and scale funnels, e-commerce, and continuity programs.
• Run the company cadence (daily stand-ups, weekly reviews, monthly/quarterly planning).
• Make sure everything runs without needing Nicole in the day-to-day.

What Winning Looks Like

• 0M monthly revenue run rate within 6 months.
• 12+ franchise deals closed per month.
• Branch average sales ≥ ₱1,000,000/month.
