Job summary

Paynamics, a leading fintech solutions provider in the Philippines, seeks a Chief Information Officer to shape IT strategy, governance, and operations aligned with our business goals. You will oversee IT services, lead digital transformation initiatives, and ensure cybersecurity and regulatory compliance across the group.

As CIO, you will manage vendor relationships, optimize costs, drive innovation, and guide the IT team to enable scalable growth and resilience in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• A Masters degree or MBA is a plus.
• 5-7 years of experience in IT leadership roles including digital transformation, IT strategy, and governance.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale IT projects, fintech systems, or technology solutions within highly regulated industries.
• Experience in regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, and managing relationships with external stakeholders
• Leadership skills, Strategic Planning, Negotiation skills, and Organizational Development.
