DTCC Philippines invites you to join the EDGE Program to develop finance skills through rotations, mentorship, and exposure to senior management starting August 2026.

Participants rotate through different finance positions, learn to prepare statements, manage invoices and reconciliations, and gain broad experience with corporate finance and risk controls. The program includes onboarding, orientation, a mentor, and networking with leaders.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's in Accounting, graduating Aug 2026.
• Strong analytical and data presentation skills.
• Understand financial statements and accounting processes.
• Work collaboratively within finance teams and across departments.
• Adapt to a rotational program to gain broad finance experience.

Responsibilities

Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

• Query, analyze and present data using advanced analytics tools.
• Develop income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows based on a set of assumptions.
• Summarize complex analyses into key business takeaways.
• On-board vendors and manage payments; reconcile payables.
• Create and reconcile customer invoices and receive and apply payments against them.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and participate in month-end book close.
• Contribute to development of corporate financial statements and participate in financial statement audits.
• Align risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor, mitigate, and elevate risks.

About You

The company is looking for candidates who can:

• Candidates must be working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and graduating no later than August 2026.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and data presentation skills.
• Understand financial statements and accounting processes.
