Job summary

The VITO Consulting Group Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a senior finance leader to serve as a key adviser to executive leadership and the Board.

You will direct operations across Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Budgeting, Tax, and Financial Planning. Responsibilities include overseeing project costing, cash-flow management, complex financing, and rigorous investment analysis; maintaining strong relationships with banks, auditors, government agencies, and senior management; ensuring compliance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy with CPA preferred.
12–15+ years of progressive finance experience.
5+ years in senior finance leadership roles.
Experience in real estate, property development, or related industries.
Strong expertise in planning, budgeting, treasury, taxation and reporting.
Excellent leadership and executive stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as a key financial adviser to executive leadership and the Board.
Direct and optimize operations across Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Budgeting, Tax, and Financial Planning.
Oversee project costing, cash-flow management, complex financing, and rigorous investment analysis.
Maintain relationships with banks, external auditors, government agencies, and senior management.
Ensure compliance with Philippine taxation, PFRS, corporate finance regulations, and internal controls.
Drive advanced financial modeling and strategic business planning.
Lead, mentor, and develop finance and accounting teams.
