Summary of Job Profile

Major Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop and implement financial plans and budgets for train/Kitchen/Purchase Operations, including forecasting revenue and expenses.
  2. Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports related to train/Kitchen/Purchase Operations, including monthly and annual reports.
  3. Cost Control: Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives related to train/Kitchen/Purchase Ops.
  4. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data related to train/kitchen/Purchase Ops., including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies related to all operations.
  6. Audit and Risk Management: Coordinate and facilitate external audits and reviews, and identify and mitigate financial risks related to train/Kitchen/Purchase Operations.
  7. Team Management: Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
  8. Inventory Management: Manage and oversee inventory levels, including tracking inventory turnover, monitoring stock levels, and optimizing inventory replenishment.

  1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports related to Train/Purchase/kitchen operations, including monthly and annual reports.
  2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and implement budgets and forecasts related to kitchen operations, including food costs, labor costs, and inventory management.
  3. Invoice Processing: Receive, review, and process invoices from vendors, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Communication and Interpersonal: Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and financial management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to manage crisis situations.

Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification required for the position:

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

Professional Certifications: Certification in Chartered Accountancy (CA) or (CMA) is desirable.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in catering, hospitality industry, or a related field.
