Job Description
- Develop and recommend channel strategies aligned with category priorities and brand growth plans for leading chain pharmacies.
- Drive sustainable, profitable growth and ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key pharmacy partners to unlock growth opportunities.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Key Account Managers, ensuring capability building and impactful customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with commercial excellence standards and deliver consistently on business hygiene requirements.
- Partner with Trade Marketing and Marketing teams to identify customer trends and opportunities, and translate these into actionable customer marketing plans.
- Lead net revenue management for chain pharmacies: optimize trade investments, align short- and medium-term investment strategies to customer potential, and maximize ROI.
- Oversee joint business planning and forecasting processes with chain pharmacy partners.
- Design and execute shopper-centric omnichannel commercial plans, bridging offline and online experiences.
- Leverage data and analytics to track performance, uncover opportunities, and optimize channel plans.
- Lead the O+O strategy for multichannel modern trade customers, ensuring seamless integration across platforms.
- Conduct regular financial reviews and manage business hygiene with top customers.
The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years of sales experience in FMCG or personal care industries.
- 5+ years of leadership experience, managing teams and delivering strong results.
- Current or previous experience handling Watsons as the main account.
- Strong knowledge of digital commerce strategies for Watsons, including online visibility, traffic-driving campaigns, and e-merchandising.
- Background in personal care or health & beauty categories is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of building customer relationships, executing JBP, and delivering channel growth.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
