Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Change Management Specialist in Taguig (BGC) for an onsite, dayshift role. You will oversee end-to-end change processes, chair CAB meetings, assess risks, and manage the FSC. Strong ITSM and governance skills are essential, with ITIL Intermediate preferred.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation, testing evidence, and rollback plans accompany all changes, driving continuous process improvements while delivering stable services.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of experience in IT Service Management with a focus on Change Management.
• Strong understanding of Change Management lifecycle in a 24/7 high-availability environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to influence technical teams and enforce governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end Change Management process to ensure standardized methods are used for efficient handling of all changes.
• Facilitate and chair the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to review high-risk or complex changes.
• Assess risks and impacts of proposed changes to maintain service stability and minimize disruptions.
• Manage the Forward Schedule of Change (FSC) to coordinate timing and prevent resource conflicts.
• Ensure all changes are supported by appropriate documentation, testing evidence, and rollback plans.
• Review post-implementation results to identify trends and drive continuous process improvements.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• ITIL Intermediate certification (Service Operations or Change Management).
• Experience in the telecommunications industry managing network-related changes.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies in a Change Management context.
