Job summary

Anytime Fitness Superstars is hiring a Certified Personal Trainer to empower members with personalized coaching, accountability, and results-driven programs. You will lead 1-on-1 sessions, assess progress, and drive training revenue while keeping gym floor standards high.

Based in General Santos City (on-site), you should have a recognized CPT certification (ACE, NASM, ACSM or equivalent) and at least 1 year of coaching. We offer full-time hours, a performance bonus, and a free gym membership.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer certification from ACE, NASM, ACSM or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of coaching or training experience.
• Based in General Santos City or willing to relocate; on-site role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1-on-1 sessions and movement assessments.
• Design customized fitness programs with progression and safety.
• Lead training sessions with energy and professionalism.
• Drive training sales through program recommendations and memberships.
• Maintain client retention via communication and measurable progress.
