Job summary

Globaltronics PH is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Metro Manila to receive, inspect, and verify deliveries; load, unload, and stack materials using a forklift; store goods in designated locations; and prepare orders for shipment. The role supports inventory monitoring, records accuracy, labeling, and safety compliance in daily warehouse operations.

Ideal candidates hold a Senior High School diploma with forklift certification and at least 1 year in warehousing or logistics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience.
• Valid Forklift Operator Certification required.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallets jacks, or similar equipment.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.
• Willing to be assigned to other warehouse locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Load, unload, transport, and stack materials using a forklift in accordance with safety procedures.
• Store products and materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or shipment.
• Assist in inventory monitoring, cycle counts, and annual physical inventory.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements and warehouse transactions.
• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of materials.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Perform routine forklift inspections and report any equipment defects or maintenance requirements.
• Follow all company policies, warehouse procedures, and occupational safety standards.
• Assist with other warehouse and audit staff related tasks as assigned.
• Certified forklift operator is an advantage.
