Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Phils., Inc. is seeking a forklift operator for our warehouse. You will safely operate forklifts to move pallets, perform pre-operation checks, and follow WMS instructions and FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.

The role requires attention to safety, accuracy, and teamwork. You may be required to work shifts, overtime, weekends, or holidays to support operations.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift operator certification/license required; TESDA NC II certification is an advantage.
• Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment preferred.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime, weekends, or holidays as operationally required.

Responsibilities

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, unload, and store pallets within warehouse racking systems.

• Conduct daily pre-operation equipment inspections and promptly report any mechanical defects, damage, or safety concerns.

• Ensure accurate pallet put-away and retrieval in accordance with location labels, Warehouse Management System (WMS) instructions, and FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.

• Handle products with care to prevent damage to inventory, warehouse racking, equipment, and facilities.

• Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures, traffic management rules, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following 5S and housekeeping standards.

• Support inventory management activities, including cycle counts, stock checks, and inventory verification as required.

• Achieve established productivity, quality, and accuracy targets while ensuring operational efficiency.

• Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
