Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation is seeking a Plant Finance Analyst to ensure accurate recording of manufacturing costs across plants, warehouses and distribution centers. You will analyze TMC, FME and OPEX, ensure GAAP compliance, and prepare required reports with timely explanations for MPR, budget, and variance analyses.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing cost accounting, strong SAP and Excel skills, and a collaboration-driven mindset. Based in Cebu with probationary employment terms.

Qualifications

• BS Accountancy graduate; CPA is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years as Cost/Plant Accountant in manufacturing.
• Proficient in SAP Accounting system.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PIVOT, SUMIF).
• Self-starter with minimal supervision and good team player.
• Detail-oriented, with a drive for continuous improvement.
• Familiar with LEAN/AGILE ways of working.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering.
• Willing to be based in Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Actual Total Manufacturing Cost (TMC), Fixed Manufacturing Expenses (FME), and OPEX.
• Ensure transactions comply with GAAP, local statutory requirements and policies.
• Prepare timely management reports (MPR), TMC, OPEX/FME, Savings, VPM analyses.
• Assist in budget accuracy for COGS and FME; upload to SAP.
• Provide analyses to Plant Leadership and ISC stakeholders; support audits.
