Qualifications

Proficiency in Unity Engine with multiplayer project experience.
Strong C# backend development experience.
Knowledge of Mecanim, controllers, blend trees, IK, and animation events.
Experience with asset import workflows and optimization.
Understanding of server architecture, client-server synchronization, and animation in networked gameplay.
Familiarity with Unity networking middleware (Photon, Mirror, uLink).
MySQL query design and performance tuning for game data.
Availability during core US business hours as needed.
