Gamigo Philippines Incorporated is seeking a versatile Unity-focused developer passionate about MMORPGs, with knowledge in animation systems and art integration pipelines in Unity. This role bridges technical development and creative asset implementation, ensuring smooth integration of character animations, visual effects, and assets into the game engine while maintaining performance and stability.

This position requires hands-on experience with multiplayer Unity projects, .NET/C# backend

Qualifications

• Proficient in Unity with multiplayer experience.
• Strong .NET/C# backend experience.
• Understanding of Mecanim, animation controllers, blend trees, IK, and animation events.
• Experience implementing asset import workflows and optimizing assets.
• Knowledge of multiplayer server architectures and client-server synchronization.
• Familiar with networking middleware such as uLink, Photon, or Mirror.
• MySQL database knowledge and performance tuning.
• Availability during core US business hours.
• Work in a diverse, international team.

Responsibilities

• Bridge development and art integration in Unity for MMORPGs.
• Implement and optimize animation import pipelines and asset integration.
• Ensure smooth client-server synchronization for animation states and gameplay.
• Collaborate with an international team across 30+ countries.
• Maintain performance and stability of animation and asset systems.
