PRIME Philippines is seeking an Assistant Leasing Manager onsite in Cebu to build and grow our Cebu leasing business. You will develop a network of property owners, landlords, developers and corporate decision-makers to identify opportunities and close leasing transactions.

Ideal candidates have experience in commercial real estate leasing, strong negotiation and client-management skills, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial real estate leasing, brokerage, business development, sales, or account management.
• Confident communicator with senior decision-makers.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Willing to be on the ground meeting clients and visiting sites.

Responsibilities

• Build the Cebu Leasing Business through establishing and growing leasing operations.
• Develop a network of property owners, landlords, developers, and corporate decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities, develop a leasing pipeline, and explore new markets and partnerships.
• Act as strategic real estate advisor to clients planning expansion or relocation in Cebu.
• Drive leasing transactions: lead generation, prospecting, negotiations, and closing.
