The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business/Management/Logistics and 3–5 years of branch management experience, with a proven ability to drive performance and travel when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in branch management, operations, logistics, sales, or a related field.
• Experience in logistics, freight, transportation, or courier services is preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
• Willing to work on-site and travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall daily operations of the branch.
• Ensure smooth and efficient logistics and delivery operations.
• Develop new business opportunities and help achieve branch sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Monitor branch revenue, expenses, and overall performance.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate branch employees.
• Set team goals and monitor employee performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Coordinate with Head Office and other branches regarding operations and business activities.
• Monitor delivery performance, service quality, and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Prepare regular branch performance and operational reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve branch operations and increase business.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of branch staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
