Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a PHRN/USRN with CDI or medical coding experience to join our team in the Philippines. You will review records and engage in clinical documentation improvement.

You’ll collaborate with physicians on queries, ensuring accurate coding and documentation aligned with ICD-10-CM/PCS, DRGs, CC/MCC, SOI and ROM.

Ideal candidates have active PHRN/USRN credentials and at least 1 year in CDI or medical coding, with knowledge of inpatient and outpatient records.

Qualifications

• PHRN/USRN qualification.
• At least 1 year of CDI, clinical documentation review, or medical coding experience.
• Experience reviewing inpatient or outpatient medical records.
• Knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS, DRG, CC/MCC.
• Experience with physician queries.
• Understanding of SOI (Severity of Illness) and ROM (Risk of Mortality).
