HR Primo Management Services is seeking an Admin Specialist - Safety and Security (CCTV Surveillance) with hands-on CCTV experience in the pawnshop industry to monitor activities across branches and ensure compliance with safety procedures. The role focuses on surveillance, incident monitoring, documentation, and coordinating with branches and concerned teams regarding security concerns.

You will maintain records and assist in safety policy implementation at multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on CCTV surveillance or monitoring experience.
• At least 1 year of CCTV monitoring or related security operations experience.
• Experience handling CCTV footage retrieval and incident documentation is preferred.
• Computer literate and comfortable with CCTV systems and basic office apps.
• Strong observation, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of CCTV footage and security information.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work onsite and monitor multiple branches when needed.

Responsabilités

• Monitor CCTV cameras across pawnshop branches and identify unusual or suspicious activities.
• Conduct regular surveillance of branch operations, customer transactions, and security-sensitive areas.
• Review and retrieve CCTV footage for incidents, investigations, and requests.
• Report security incidents and policy violations to management.
• Maintain records of CCTV monitoring activities and incidents.
• Coordinate with branch personnel and management regarding security concerns and actions.
• Ensure CCTV equipment and procedures are maintained and followed.
• Assist in implementing safety and security policies across branches.
• Support investigations by providing CCTV footage and documentation.
• Perform other admin and safety/security tasks as assigned.
