ARBEIT INFOTECH INC. seeks a senior Cisco CCNP professional to design, deploy and commission Cisco networks and provide Level 2/3 support for existing devices. You will guide on-site CCNA teams and ensure high-quality network designs and procedures.
Responsibilities include designing data center and campus networks, deploying Cisco devices, integrating DNA Center and AppDynamics, and delivering training and documentation to ITIOD-NOU staff.
The CCNP is the senior technical authority on the project. The role designs, deploys and commissions the new Cisco network and provides Level 2/3 support for client's existing Cisco devices, while guiding the on site CCNA team.
Prepare the "As-Planned" data center and campus network design, and the wireless network design with site survey (AP placement, coverage, signal quality). Certify the diagrams and submit them to client's ITIOD-NOU for approval before execution.
Deploy and commission the new devices: Catalyst 9600, 9500, 9300 and 9200 switching; Catalyst 9800 WLCs and Catalyst 9100 APs with ISE; Cisco ACI on Nexus 9K spine/leaf with APIC and Nexus Dashboard Orchestrator; Cisco Unified Communications Manager and the Catalyst 8300 voice gateway.
Implement and integrate Cisco DNA Center, ThousandEyes and AppDynamics (Full Stack Observability).
Write Methods of Procedure, activity plans, test plans/scripts and acceptance tests. Support hardware and user acceptance testing.
Follow client's commissioning and decommissioning process, including pull-out of defective units.
Provide on-site support and consultation on request during the maintenance period.
Escalate problems directly to Cisco TAC and coordinate vendor resolution.
Deliver training and knowledge transfer to ITIOD-NOU staff. Produce user, monitoring and reporting manuals.
Contribute to milestone accomplishment reports, the monthly report and the Annex C completion documents.
Technical Supervisors only: lead and review the CCNP and CCNA teams and own the quality of designs and Methods of Procedure.
Current and valid Cisco CCNP certification (Technical Supervisors may hold CCDP or CCNP).
At least two (2) years of project implementation experience in Cisco wired, wireless, voice or security.
Permanent employee of the bidder.
Curriculum Vitae in the Annex I Members Data Sheet format, listing projects with periods, reference sites and client's contact details for validation.
Willingness to sign an individual Certificate of Non-Disclosure Agreement (CNDA) and to follow client's House Rules and site safety measures.
